Self Approval - You Will Only Succeed If You Believe In Yourself. A Rabbit Helps You Navigate Self-Approval.

3 Keys to Your Quantum Leap Year

By Maribel Jimenez, Marketing Dream Launch Mentor
I believe there are a variety of influences and distinctions or even stepping stones that bring you to a point that supports a big quantum leap in your business and life. If you embrace that and keep moving forward and decide if it is your time now or not is the beginning to that actually happening.
You may take a few minutes to think about the times where you felt very uncomfortable and stretched. Then, what happened? I can tell you for me, that is what it took first, being uncomfortable and making a decision that I was ready for this!

Next, these key distinctions opened the door to the abundant life I experience today.

Key #1: Your dream unveiled
Before you can experience your most amazing life, it sounds crazy, but you actually have to take the time to think about what that is and clarify it. And I don’t mean just have it in your head, I mean write it out with full detail where you can even visualize a day where you are living it. Many times you will immediately know what you don’t want in your business and life…which is a great starting point, then turn it around to what you want to experience.

This is a really powerful exercise on so many levels but instead of explaining it, I invite you to experience it for yourself.

Key #2: Welcome the support to get you there
This key is dedicated to all the lone rangers out there…I know this from experience, as I was a lone ranger for a LONG time. What that means is that I tried to do everything myself in my life until I just burned myself out. It was my own fault yet I felt resentful that I had not accomplished more because I was working so hard. Again, that was where I was wrong.

Allowing, asking and surrounding myself with support was the beginning of experiencing ease yet accomplishing so much.

The biggest support specific to my business was to find a mentor who encompassed all the values that were important to me. Was this person doing what I wanted to do? Were they successful in all the areas that I wanted to succeed in? Did my gut feel that they were authentic and in alignment with the support that I needed? Those are some of the questions that I asked myself and then I let go and asked God to guide me to who that was going to be.

I found the mentor, whom I still work with today to stretch me and teach me how to create the success myself. I also invested more than I ever had (which supported me in bringing in the flow of money) and enrolled in her high-level mastermind to surround myself with like-minded entrepreneurs to support each other.

Doing things alone is the hard and long way. I invite you to get the support you need to get you where you want to go…and this way is so much more fun!

Key #3: Taking inspired action
Now that you are clear about your dream and what you want to create in your business and life, allowed the support to get you there….it’s time for action…but not just any action (anyone who is a recovering workaholic like myself has that part down)…it is INSPIRED action.

These are the actions that come from getting clear, grounded and accessing your internal guidance that IS the guide to what is the best next action…even when it seems crazy.

You still create a plan based on your goals but the inspired actions give you guidance on ways to get you there that many times you had not thought about.

For example, there have been times where I was busy taking actions and got an inspired feeling to call a certain person, I honored it, called them and next thing you know that person solved a current problem or was a link to accomplishing something even greater.

If you pay attention to those inspired taps and take action on them, I have found, that the MOST amazing things happen! Big ideas are born and built in this way!

These keys are among the most powerful areas where I shifted to quantum leap in my business over and over throughout this last 2 years in business. I’ve learned to support my own clients in these areas and have personally seen the magic happen. The strategies and specific steps are part of the success but I have found that most entrepreneurs already have the knowledge…it’s what is inside that may be stopping the big leaps in success.

I invite you to learn more about how you can have a quantum leap, through the upcoming FREE “Prosperous Entrepreneur” Series, where 12 High-level entrepreneurs will share the keys to creating the flow of 6 & 7-figure success. If you register now, you will also get a free bonus, “3 Keys to Creating Prosperity with EASE” video series. You can learn more and get access here.

Dare to Dream: Interview with Inspiring Children’s Author Sheri Fink

Sheri Fink is a best-selling, award-winning children’s author who’s passionate about childhood literacy and self-esteem. Her first book, The Little Rose, has been a #1 best-seller on Amazon for over 55 weeks,  became the #1 Top-Rated Children’s eBook on Amazon, and recently won a gold medal in the Readers Favorite International Book Awards. Her second inspirational children’s book, The Little Gnome, was published in March 2012 and debuted at #1 on the Amazon best-seller list.
Sheri’s next book, Exploring the Garden with the Little Rose, debuts on October 2. It’s designed for children ages 2-5 to help them learn the alphabet and garden vocabulary. It features many of the characters from The Little Rose, The Little Gnome, and even upcoming books.

What do you write?
I love writing books that inspire and delight children while planting seeds of self-esteem that can have lifelong benefit. I am so happy and grateful to be living my dream!

What has been your favorite part of your author journey so far?
For me, some of the best parts of being an author are hearing that your book has an impact in the lives of children and empowering others to achieve their dreams. I love receiving fan mail and hearing stories from the children and adults who have fallen in love with The Little Rose and The Little Gnome

As a writer, the moment you open the first case of your books and see your creation in print format is truly magical. Even after having it happen three times for me, it’s still a precious and joyfully emotional moment.

Another aspect that I really enjoy is being able to put my pets into my books. Exploring the Garden with the Little Rose has a kitten in it that looks just like an illustrated version of my kitty, Poohbear. It’s something I never thought about before, but it’s really fun to see your pet in a book. My second kitty, Samantha, will be making a cameo appearance in my next book, The Little Firefly.

I’m so grateful to my readers and I’m honored to make a positive difference in the lives of children worldwide.

Which author most inspires you?
I’m very inspired by J.K. Rowling. Before I read the first Harry Potter book, it had been a long time since I stayed up all night reading a book because I just had to know what happened. I love that her books and her characters are so full of heart. Reading her series and hearing her inspiring personal story really moved me and enabled me to see new possibilities for my writing.

What’s your favorite quote?
I have a few favorites:
"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person who is doing it." ~ Chinese Proverb

"Go to the edge of the cliff and jump off. Build your wings on the way down." ~ Ray Bradbury

"Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." ~ Dr. Seuss

What’s next for you?
My next book is Exploring the Garden with The Little Rose to be released on October 2, 2012. My next book in The Little Series, The Little Firefly, will be published in March 2013. I’ve been doing a lot of speaking at schools, libraries, writers’ conferences, and book festivals and look forward to continuing. I’m also excited to be in the early stages of inventing a board game based on the characters in The Whimsical World of Sheri Fink.
