Intentions Create Reality. Hang In There Until The Miracle Happens!
http://www.deborahdachinger.co m
An excerpt from the book Telos, Volume 1, by Aurelia Louise Jones:
“You know that intentions create reality. When enough people desire change, and formulate their firm intentions to create a reality for themselves and for humanity, it will simply happen. It is important at this time that each one of you becomes an ambassador of love, peace and harmony for yourself, for humanity and for the planet. It is important that you start sharing, as much as you can with others around you, the information that you feel is making a difference in your life.”
“You all need to shine your love, your light, and you knowledge to all of those on your pathway. The more your shine and radiate your new understanding, the more it will expand within you and on the planet. This is how evolution moves on.”
“What Does It Means To Raise Or Expand One’s Consciousness?”
“It means to start becoming more conscious at all levels and in all aspects of your life. No more living on automatic pilot and no more giving your powers away to others. This means opening up step-by-step to your divinity, to the wondrous spiritual being that you are, in the midst of living your chosen human experience, chosen before your incarnation for the lessons you desired to learn in their present life.
“It means to stop the madness in your life, at least for some period of time each day, in meditation or contemplation for the purpose of exploring the “REAL SELF.” Start opening yourself to all possibilities.”
What Happen When One Raises Their Consciousness?
“Decide what it is that you want for your life and how you would like to see your life unfold. What are your dreams? What would you like to see manifest or become during your present incarnation? What are your goals? Do you realize that you can have it all when you raise your consciousness above your limited perceptions? Open your hearts and minds to perceive and receive the perfection and limitlessness that are intended as a way of life on this planet.”
“When you really want to manifest, you must first unite with consciously and with great love. At this pivotal time of Earth’s transition, we request that in your life, you seriously reconsider your true values and priorities. Be sure that what you consider to be your priorities and important values are fulfilling the intentions and goals you had set up for yourself prior to your present incarnation.”
“What you do on the Earth plane, beloved ones, all your projects and activities are always temporary and simply part of the passage of time. But whatever you become, by the embracing of your divine nature, remains with you for eternity.

This is real story about an attractive woman named Kathryn Stockett who is the author of the best seller “The Help.” This is a real story about someone who never gave up. It took her a year and a half to write her book. Every time her friends and family saw Kathryn they’d ask how the book was going? Kathryn sent it to many agents and got her first and then 15 rejection letters. One rejection letter said “the story did not hold my interest.” Another awful letter from an agent said “There is no market for this kind of writing.”
Once she spent a weekend in pajamas eating, feeling sorry for herself and in a depressed state. But Kathryn had the quality of stubbornness. She had great resolve even in the face of constant rejection. She also was becoming embarrassed of all those who asked about her book.
Soon she was on rejection letter #45 and getting neurotic. But she continued to rewrite the book, often going away to a hotel room for periods of time to work.
In the end, she received 60 rejection letters for the book “The Help”. Agent letter number 61 was the one that accepted her. After 5 years of writing and 31/2 years of rejections, an agent took the book and it was sold. Kathryn’s advice? “Don’t give in to the shame of being rejected. Put your manuscript, your painting, your song, your voice, your dance moves – insert your passion here- and have fun chasing and creating your dream.”
They Never Quit Statistics:
8 rejections from restaurants in France is what CAT CORA received after graduated from an elite culinary school in France, where she endured verbal abuse from male instructors. She even worked for free at a 3 star Michelin restaurant just to gain experience. CAT CORA went on to win Bon Appetite’s Cooking Teacher Award, has authored 3 cookbooks, and Cora became the Food Networks 1st and only female Iron Chef.
KARA GOLDIN received 50 rejections from beverage industry experts over a product she invented (an unsweetened) calorie water drink – and all rejecters told her she’d never sell it, and that she would end up as “road kill,” and other awful insults. Goldin launched her company anyway, and after 3 years of relentless pitching: her drink is now sold in Starbucks, Wholefoods and other high-end markets.
Deborah Manchester Ph.D. waited 11 years to transition out of an audiologist career to become a creative producer. She pitched an idea for a TV show and it was turned down at all major networks. Finally she landed a deal at PBS. After 11 years Deborah’s animated TV series called “The Zula Patrol” now reaches 300 million households worldwide.

Chelle Thompson: “If we fall asleep every night counting and acknowledging our blessings — we 'give permission' for The Universe to keep bringing them. When we show appreciation and give thanks for those blessings, we invite more of the same into our personal world.”
She beat out Justin Bieber for Best New Artist at this year’s Grammy Awards – her name is Esperanza Spaulding, a young jazz musician and vocalist.
While being interviewed Esperanza was asked how she’s handling it – doing everything she does now- Esperanza plays 150 concerts a year, has performed for President Obama 3 times, and is on a world tour, all while working on a new album. Her response is noteworthy since it’s a key for pursuing one’s dream and goal. Esperanza Spaulding shared: “I have all the time I need. I don’t watch TV, don’t spend much time on the Internet, don’t party much, don’t text much either I ask my friends to please call me. I try to keep phone calls short, keep emails short too so when I choose to use time productively there’s enough time to do everything I need to do.”
Esperanza goes on to say that the Internet is a tool – neither good nor bad – it’s about how we use it. Just focus on what needs to get done and get in and out. Then you can focus on doing what you really want to accomplish and imbue goodness into everything you do, it makes it all much more fun!
Her idea of how to move forward in life is classic in time management, in keeping on track of the path of what you want to create, of focus and of enjoying yourself along the way.
Dr. Kurt Hahn, the Outward Bound Schools Founder said: “There is more in us than we know. If we can be made to see it, perhaps for the rest of our lives we will be unwilling to settle for less.”

Another important tool when moving forward toward your goal is how you handle resistance. Do you let it knock the wind out of you and knock you down for good? Or do you brush off, get up and proceed forward – keeping your eye on the ball? I took a great spin exercise class this weekend – great teacher, great workout and it pushed me to challenge myself. If you don’t know a spinning bike has a circular button that you twist to the right or left in order to make it a super easy ride or add tension to the bike to make it more work while peddling - twisting the knob to the right creates more resistance. As the teacher, Tevia, reminded us when there’s resistance on the bike peddling through to the other side is 50% physical. Which reminded me of being committed to making a dream into a reality – first of all most of the resistance we experience is self-created. To varying degrees there’s a crazy mixture of desire and of fear. The desire fuels us forward and the fear manifests as resistance to bringing in what we say we want in life.
How to get out of the way of resistance is to believe you can handle the great stuff coming into your life and that you deserve it. Spend time imagining it; see yourself spending your days in your greatest dream come true - like a movie of your life. Start experiencing it now so when it comes it’s familiar and comfortable to you. Most resistance comes from between our ears and is manufactured in our heads. Let it go ~ it’s not serving you. So if it’s 50% physical to get through resistance, then the other 50% is the emotional/mental state when you affirm “yes I will do this, I can go forward; I am capable and worthy.”

Making Dreams Come True – Getting Noticed In Your Industry
This week I took it upon myself to make one of my dreams come true – I spent the day at a Wild Animal Refuge in Northern California. I’ve dreamed, since I’m a little girl, of spending time with a monkey – always wanted to connect like that, and was tired of just imagining it – so with the help of a dear friend, we made it happen. The actual day was extraordinary; in that I was gifted to spend the day with 25 wild animals I’d normally not have the chance to experience. With a passion to do something and a strong intention anything can happen. The day was amazing; as you might imagine, and I have tons of pictures – me with a kangaroo, me with a crocodile (!), me with Cookie the monkey…I left the experience feeling bliss and quite full inside. What do you dare to dream and what are you doing to make those dreams come true? Listen to my radio show and be inspired to move forward in your dreams and goals. I offer solid information each week and interview amazing, inspiring guests who have created a myriad of big-time dreams come true!

"See that any time you feel pained or defeated, it is only because you insist on clinging to what doesn't work. Dare to let go and you won't lose a thing except for a punishing idea."

Here’s some ways to get noticed in your Industry:
1) Make friends with people who have already been noticed. Specifically I mean interacting with others. Social and professional media is terrific – Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and they’re also somewhat impersonal. Connect with others one on one– offer them ideas, acknowledge their professional contributions; just say hello. Become friends with important people in your industry and chances are they’ll pay attention to what you do professionally and they’ll be likely to share it with their own networks.
2) Be Authentic. In all ways. Be yourself. Also be sure to have a photo of you on your profiles that is an accurate depiction of you. When you walk in the room people you should like just like your profile photo on line. When sharing about yourself there’s no need to add anything too personal, however do add a few genuine tidbits of you that are real and genuine. Also be authentic when connection with others. Don’t try too hard, just be yourself and let things flow.
3) Do Something Different: Attract attention by doing what makes you passionate and turns you on. Do it your way through the lens of your eyes and experience. It’s okay to be quirky and diverse. Being positively unusual is attractive. When Lady Gaga came on the scene she was very unusual and different. She also spent most of her life being made fun of and not fitting in while growing up. Lady Gaga parlayed all who she is coupled with her enormous musical talent and showmanship – and it’s made her a tremendous star. Her quirkiness has paid off very well; in fact people love her because she is so different and dared to who she is with no apologies.
4) Spread the love: To be respected in your industry show that you recognize other people’s meaningful contributions. Share them with others. Applaud and support others. When you generously share and link to other people’s work they’re generally kindly disposed toward you. My experience is that love and kindness comes back tenfold.
"People often say that this or that person has not yet found himself. But the self is not something one finds, it is something one creates."

There is Work to Be Done. How To Create Solutions When Experiencing Obstacles

Oprah Winfrey said: “You are not the product of your circumstances. You are a composite of all the things you believe, and all the places you believe you can go. Your past does not define you. You can step out of your history and create a new day for yourself. Even if the entire culture is saying, “You can’t.” Even if every single possible bad thing that can happen to you does. You can keep going forward.”
What makes successful people successful? Successful people think about solutions, most of the time. Solution-oriented people are constantly looking for ways to get over, around, and past obstacles that stand in their ways. Problem oriented people talk continuously about their problems, about who or what caused them, how unhappy or angry they are and how unfortunate it is that they have occurred. Solution oriented people, on the other hand, ask themselves the question: “How can I solve this?” and then take action to deal with the problem.
Effectiveness is the ability to solve problems. All men and women who have accomplished anything of importance are people who have developed the ability to solve the problems that stand between them and their goals.
Think about Internal vs. external Constraints. There’s an 80/20 rule that applies to the constraints between you and your goals. The rule suggests that 80% of your constraints will be within yourself. Only 20% of your constraints will be outside of yourself, contained in other people and situations. What I’m saying is that it is you who is usually the major roadblock setting the speed at which you achieve any goal you set for yourself.
Remember the old poem: “For every problem under the sun, there is a solution or there is none. If there is a solution, go and find it. If there isn’t, never mind it.”
To Remove The Roadblocks Between You and Your Goal:
1) Identify a major goal and ask: “Why aren’t I there already? What’s holding me back?” list anything you can think of.
2) Face yourself and the possibility that it is your fears and doubts creating the biggest roadblocks to your success.
3) Identify the constraint – is it internal or external, is it you creating the constraint or is it an external one you have no control over – that is obstructing the speed towards your goal?
4) Definite a solution as a goal, set a deadline, make a plan of action and work on the plan. Work on it through the week until the obstacle is removed.
You become what you think about most of the time. Leaders think about the future most of the time, and where they are going and what they can do to get there. So put your attention on moving forward, on solutions, on solving problems, on letting go if something outside you is in the way. Decide to create a new and better day for yourself.
The Author and Speaker, Marianne Williamson wrote:
"In every community there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it."
And I say – you would never have been given the dream, without the power to make it come true.
